but the essay is not exclusive to the artist. Therefore, a new RNS posting can't be made.
Step two. For artists within artist groups from ADArtists pages chosen by VOL for RNS research, judgment and posting, FC will proceed until 25 RNS links (one link per artist) in OLE pages for acceptable ADArtists artists are completed. Every RNS link to a RLE within in a RL page will be in the form of a numbered footnote to an OLE artist's text. The RNS link to a RLE will always include proper citation of the of the RLE author and name of the RLE according the the OLE's style guide. The source name for all RLE links will be "tfaoi.org" unless FC believes that the OLE's rules calls for another form of source name. In that case FC and VOL will discuss and agree on an alternate source name in the OLE page for the artist.
A RLE notation for any artist in the researched ADArtists artists that deserves a RNS link appropriate for the OLE artist page, will provide in FC's judgment the best additional information within the RLE, footnoted in the most logical OLE artist page's text section. Only one RNS link in an OLE artist page will be posted per ADArtists artist. No RNS reference link will be posted in a OLE page if there already is one to tfaoi.org, tfaoi.com or Resource Library.
FC will post no more than five RNS links per week (limited to one link per artist) during the term of this contract. This will provide a reasonable length of time for the new edits to be reviewed by OLE and reversions made, if any. VOL expects that the new RNS links will be of the highest quality and be a further asset to RL's reputation. RL has proven to be one of the most reputable online sources of American representational art knowledge.
Important note about payment:
Up to 25 authorized RLE links will be paid for at completion of the FSCO project. The project has a completion date of 45 days from from project commencement. These dates will be included in the FSCO contract. At the end of 45 days from project commencement. FC will send to VOL the name of the ADArtists artist for each new RLE link actually posted in an OLE and the amount of USD funds sought for the project's FSCO escrowed funds. VOL will confirm the accuracy and durability of the RLE postings and then authorize FSCO payment of the funds for such RLE links posted to OLE pages for those artists that match designated ADArtists artists' names and which have not been reverted during the life of this project.
$___USD needed to complete the project, on the basis of 25 maximum authorized RLE links being completed within 45 days from commencement of it, will be placed into a FSCO escrow. VOL will pay for each authorized and posted RLE link at a rate of $___ per link. Therefore, $___ per link times 25 maximum amount of authorized RLE links equals $___USD placed in escrow.
If 25 authorized posts are not made within 45 days from commencement, FC will be paid for the number of RLE links actually posted to the OLE and the project will be canceled by VOL. Also at that time the remainder of FSCO escrowed funds will be refunded to VOL by FSCO.
