Traditional Fine Arts Organization (TFAO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering education in American art through grants, online publication and research. The home page for TFAO is located at <http://www.tfaoi.org>.
 
TFAO is engaged in a study project to provide further resources for the study of representational art history of individual states within the United States. The home page for the Individual States Representational Art History Project is <http://www.tfaoi.org/aa/8aa/8aa223.htm>.
 
Could you please share with us titles of paper-printed books and journal articles specifically devoted to Alabama representational art history which you are aware of, but not yet listed in our page for Alabama at <http://www.tfaoi.org/aa/8aa/8aa226.htm>? In this project we are excluding monographs on individual artists.
 
We will be very grateful for your recommendations.

In 2008 TFAO wrote to BMA asking if staff was aware of online and other materials documenting Alabama Art History not then noted at <http://www.tfaoi.com/aa/8aa/8aa226.htm>. Since that time materials may have been published yet not discovered through our research. Your concentration on objects created prior to 1945 is of special interest to us.
