Traditional Fine Arts Organization, Inc. (TFAO) is recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service. The Articles of Incorporation of Traditional Fine Arts Organization, Inc. were approved by the Arizona Corporation Commissioner on August 5, 2003 as an Arizona nonprofit corporation.

Visitors to our website, accessible via domains and, do not need to provide personally-identifying information to access to any portion of it. We do not publish a newsletter or blog requiring personally-identifying information for access. There are no forms to fill out on our website. Our website does not accept paid advertising, is non-commercial and contains no tracking cookies or Web beacons.

We encourage visitors to our website to read About TFAO and the TFAO digital library overview. Also, we encourage individuals who visit our publication Resource Library to read its overview, information on submitting materials and the user agreement and legal notice.

We provide in certain instances on our website personally-identifying information about sources of content we publish, or may in the future publish, in Resource Library and other portions of our website. We may ask for the permission of sources of content, such as essays, we consider for publication, and may subsequently publish, to provide for publication alongside related content certain personally-identifying information, such as names of contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, etc., so that visitors to our website may directly contact the sources.  We may also acknowledge on our website publicly available names, titles, and organization names (and in some cases personally-identifying information with with mutual agreement) of persons who assist us in obtaining information used in publishing articles and essays in Resource Library and content in other portions of our website.

We may obtain and retain publicly available employment email addresses and names of individuals that are employed by them. This information is mainly gathered from the websites of those organizations, although in some instances such information may be obtained by contacting the organizations. We may contact those individuals within organizations for our research projects and other programs. Also, from time to time we receive emails from organizations and individuals. We may retain these emails, which may contain personally-identifying information about senders, in our files. We do not share personally-identifying information concerning an individual, sent to us by email and understood by us not publicly available, with other organizations without permission of that individual.

No transmission and storage of data is completely secure, and submissions are at the sender's sole risk.

We do not accept electronically, retain and use electronically, mailing lists containing personally-identifying information prepared by other organizations.

We may disclose personally-identifying and/or potentially personally-identifying information we have collected in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our property or rights of third parties or the public at large. 

Our website is published in the United States and is subject to laws of the United States. If visitors to our website are located in a country outside the United States and voluntarily submit personally-identifying information to us, visitors to our website thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this privacy policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in, the United States. We will not be liable for damages resulting from use of any personally-identifying information collected from visitors to our website.

Our Web Hosting Provider, which provides hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, may automatically collect information regarding the actions visitors take on our website. For example, each time a visitor uses our website, our Web Hosting Provider may automatically collect the type of Web browser used, the operating system, the Internet Service Provider, the IP address and geographic region, pages viewed, and the time and duration of the visit to our website. Such information is protected by the security protocols of the Web Hosting Provider, which may change from time to time without notice to us. We receive from our Web Hosting Provider summary information about visitations, such as cumulative visits per month. We do not receive individual visitor IP addresses or other potentially personally-identifying information.
